About Us

Some history

cf.Objective() was conceived in Burnsville, MN, USA (a suburb of Minneapolis, MN, USA) in 2005 as a direct response to the dearth of good Enterprise Software Engineering content for ColdFusion developers. The primary goal was to bring together the advanced members of the US ColdFusion community to exchange ideas and techniques while giving folks a topically focused environment to mix and mingle with people of like mind and relevant experience. It was first staged in March, 2006, with roughly 100 people in attendance and closed its first year to great praise and wide acclaim. During the following 2 years the attendeeship nearly tripled to approximately 275 people (inclusive of speakers, staff and attendees).

cf.Objective(ANZ) was started in 2009, as a sister conference to it's counterpart in the U.S.A, and was well received by it's speakers, sponsors and attendees. It is back again for another year, with new speakers, even more enterprise ColdFusion content and a brand new Flash/Flex track!
